What does Proptonomy actually do?

It answers guests across every channel you use, briefs and chases cleaners and handymen in their own chats, turns messages into tasks and follows them to done, keeps owners updated, and escalates to a person when a human call is needed. In our own operation it handles up to 80% of guest communication, and a two-person team runs what used to take ten.

Which channels does it cover?

The guest threads in your PMS inbox, plus WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, LINE, Microsoft Teams, Gmail and Microsoft 365. That matters because most of the work is not with guests: cleaners, handymen, owners and suppliers live on WhatsApp and e-mail, and those conversations get reflected back onto the reservation and the task.

Will it start messaging my guests straight away?

No. New accounts run in observe mode: the AI reads everything and drafts replies, but nothing is sent until you turn auto-reply on, and you turn it on where you want it, inbox by inbox. Most managers watch the drafts for a week first, then enable it on the question types they see it getting right.

Does it replace my PMS?

Accepted Answer

No. Your PMS keeps the bookings, the rates and the guest record. Proptonomy is the teammate behind it, doing the answering, dispatching and chasing between your tools. You can keep using Breezeway, Enso Connect and the rest alongside it.

How long does it take to connect?

Accepted Answer

Minutes for most systems: you create credentials in your PMS, or connect through the official partner app where there is one. We open your workspace the same day and send you the connect link. There is no migration and no data entry.

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

It scales with the number of listings you connect, and there is no setup fee. Tell us your listing count and we will put a number in writing before you connect anything.

Where is our data stored, and can we get it out?

Accepted Answer

European infrastructure, a data processing agreement on request, and access to your data that you can revoke at any time. Credentials are ones you create and can delete in your own system, and nothing is written back to your PMS until you switch it on.
