# Proptonomy

Proptonomy is operated by Proptonomy AS (organisation number 836 984 242), a Norwegian
software company. It grew out of the team behind Heimby (https://heimby.no), the short-term
rental operation that remains its largest published production deployment; the measured numbers from that
portfolio are at https://proptonomy.ai/news/heimby-runs-on-proptonomy. The product is a network of AI agents over a shared property
knowledge base, an inbox that unifies every guest channel, and a task system that turns
messages into dispatched work.
