    Switch inbox by inbox

    Go live on each inbox once it meets your pass mark, then move cleaners and contractors into their briefing chats. Check the end date of any 12-month Boom Apps agreement first.

Proptonomy and Boom: questions

Both. Boom sells an AI-native PMS (AiPMS, quoted, for 200+ doors), and also BAM and Boom Apps, which run on the PMS you already have, including Guesty, Hostaway and Track. Proptonomy is only the layer on top: your PMS stays the system of record.

BAM is free with 30 credits per door a month, with top-ups from $0.09 a credit. Boom Apps cost $10 (Ops) or $20 (Pro) per door a month on a 12-month agreement after a 14-day trial, and Boom Host is $30 a listing after a free first month. Proptonomy is priced per listing with every product included, no setup fee and no AI credits, quoted in writing for your portfolio; only carrier usage is metered.

Not today. Proptonomy connects to Guesty, Hostaway, Uplisting, Lodgify, KrossBooking and others; a Boom connection is not built. If Boom is your PMS, Proptonomy is not the right add-on.

Boom describes turning a contractor group chat into tracked work with photo proof. Proptonomy briefs cleaners and vendors in WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Slack, Teams or email, follows each job up on a rhythm that backs off until it is accepted and done, checks completion photos against the checklist, and counts a turnover as planned only once the cleaner has accepted it.
