Field team

Cleaners and vendors, briefed where they already are.

No app to force on anyone. Proptonomy briefs your cleaners, handymen and suppliers in WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Slack, Teams or email, in their own language, with the guest’s note, the checklist and the key location attached. Your own staff can use the Proptonomy app for iOS and Android.

Your partners stay in the apps they use. Nothing to install.

The brief

The job, the guest’s note and the key, in the cleaner’s language.

Not a screenshot forwarded to a group. One message with the property, the window, what changed, what to photograph and where the key is. The cleaner accepts, and only then does the turnover count as planned.

  • Written in the partner’s language, readable in yours
  • Accept or decline in one tap; silence is followed up, then escalated
  • Key pickup pins confirmed by a manager before anyone is sent there
  • The same job in the Proptonomy app, offline, for your own staff

Office and field see the same job, at the same moment.

Every turnover, inspection and repair for the day, by partner, moving from briefed to verified. The one that has not been accepted is the one you see first.

Counts are for turnovers. A turnover is Accepted only when the cleaner accepts it; unanswered briefs are followed up with backoff before they come to you.

Evidence

Every photo checked against the checklist, before the guest is told.

The AI compares completion photos with what the checklist requires: the cot set up, towels on the rail, the terrace door locked. If something is missing it asks for a retake. The guest hears the home is ready only when it is.

  • Checked against the requirements of that property’s checklist
  • Retakes requested in the cleaner’s language
  • A person can review every verdict, and ratings teach the checker
  • Photos stay on the task for the owner and any claim

Damage and claims

A scratch found at 11:40 is a documented claim by 11:45.

When a cleaner photographs damage, Proptonomy matches it to the stay that caused it, gathers the before and after photos, and drafts the claim for the platform or the deposit. Anything above the amount you set waits for a person.

  • Evidence matched to the reservation automatically
  • Claims drafted with photos, dates and the guest thread
  • Your approval limit decides what is filed without asking

Everything for the field

From the first brief to the last photo.

Accepted before it counts

A turnover is planned only when the cleaner has said yes. Until then it is visibly at risk.

Follow-ups with manners

Reminders back off, respect the night and bundle jobs due together, then escalate to a person.

Every language on the team

Briefs, replies and group chats translated for each member, so nobody works from a guess.

Keys and entrances on a map

Key boxes, back doors and parking as pins a manager confirmed, with directions from the street.

The Proptonomy app

Tasks, checklists, photo capture and calls for your own staff on iOS and Android, working offline and syncing on reconnect.

Photo checks

Completion photos compared with the checklist, retakes requested, every verdict reviewable.

Damage claims

Photos of damage matched to the reservation and a claim drafted with the evidence; large ones wait for approval.

Linen and supplies

Stock counts and consumption per property, and supplier orders drafted for your approval.

Who is where

A team map of who is working at which property right now, for the moment a guest calls.

Partners across clients

One cleaning company can work for many of your clients, each job carrying only that client’s context.

Runs with Breezeway

Tasks, checklists, photos and notes sync from Breezeway, and Proptonomy writes tasks back when you switch it on.

In Mission Control

The job nobody accepted, the photo that failed twice, the late turnover: ranked with everything else that needs a person.

Suppliers in the loop

The linen arrives before the cleaner does.

A late checkout moves the clean, and the clean moves the linen drop. Proptonomy re-times the supplier in the same breath as the cleaner, and tells both why.

Questions about the field team

No. They can work entirely in WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Slack, Teams or email. Your own staff can also use the Proptonomy app for iOS and Android, which works offline and syncs when the phone reconnects.

The property, the time window, the guest’s note, the checklist and the photos required, where the key is, and anything that changed since yesterday, in the partner’s own language.

The AI compares the photos with the checklist’s requirements, asks for a retake when something is missing, and only then tells the guest the home is ready. A person can review every verdict it made.

Yes. Properties, templates, tasks, checklist answers, photos and notes sync from Breezeway, and Proptonomy can write tasks and comments back once you switch that on.

The job is followed up on a rhythm that backs off, then escalates. If it is still not accepted, it lands in Mission Control as something a person needs to reassign, before the guest arrives, not after.

Yes. The cleaner’s photos are matched to the reservation, the claim is drafted with the evidence, and claims above an amount you set wait for approval.
