Minutes. A Breezeway user's e-mail and password go into the workspace's integration settings, and the first import starts: properties and templates first, then tasks and checklist answers. Reading is on from the start; writing tasks back is a switch you flip when you are ready.
No. New accounts run in observe mode: the AI reads everything and drafts replies, but nothing is sent until you turn auto-reply on, and you turn it on where you want it, inbox by inbox. Most managers watch the drafts for a week first, then enable it on the question types they see it getting right.
Only if you turn it on. Reading is automatic. With 'Write tasks to Breezeway' on, tasks the AI or your team raise in Proptonomy are created in Breezeway and comments are posted on the Breezeway task, so cleaners see them where they work. You can pause writing at any time; reading continues.
