Most accounts are fully mirrored the same day. The real work is the half hour we spend with you on how your team wants tasks and escalations routed.
No. New accounts run in observe mode: the AI reads everything and drafts replies, but nothing is sent until you turn auto-reply on, and you turn it on where you want it, inbox by inbox. Most managers watch the drafts for a week first, then enable it on the question types they see it getting right.
Yes, where you want it to: guest replies go out on the Guesty thread, tasks and tags sync both ways, and listings you build in Proptonomy are pushed as unlisted so you review before publishing. Writing back is off until you switch it on, so you can keep the connection read-only while you evaluate.
