KrossBooking has no API keys, so the connect wizard asks for the hotel ID, username and password you already use. If two-factor is on, KrossBooking e-mails a 6-digit code and the wizard asks for it. Details are encrypted and only used to talk to KrossBooking.

The connect wizard signs in to KrossBooking with the hotel ID, username and password you already use (plus the e-mailed code if two-factor is on) and starts the first import: properties and reservations first, then guest conversations in the background. The real work is the half hour we spend with you on how your team wants tasks and escalations routed.
No. New accounts run in observe mode: the AI reads everything and drafts replies, but nothing is sent until you turn auto-reply on, and you turn it on where you want it, inbox by inbox. Most managers watch the drafts for a week first, then enable it on the question types they see it getting right.
Guest replies go back through KrossBooking on the same thread, once you turn auto-reply on. Reservations and properties are read from KrossBooking, not edited. Tasks live in Proptonomy.
