Minutes. You authorise Proptonomy in Notion, pick the pages and databases to share, and the first import runs. From then on the AI answers from what your team wrote, and re-syncs on a schedule. The real work is the half hour we spend with you mapping pages to properties.
No. New accounts run in observe mode: the AI reads everything and drafts replies, but nothing is sent until you turn auto-reply on, and you turn it on where you want it, inbox by inbox. Most managers watch the drafts for a week first, then enable it on the question types they see it getting right.
Not unless you ask it to. By default Notion is read: shared pages and databases sync in and stay current. If you want approved answers written back into a Notion page of your choosing, we switch that on with you.
