GuestyVal Madrid: a stand, a stage and a robot called Proptonobot

Three days at GuestyVal 2026 in Madrid: the Proptonomy stand, a Builder Ignite talk on scaling to 150 units, and a humanoid robot with its own name badge.

GuestyVal 2026 brought the Guesty community to Madrid from 16 to 18 September. Proptonomy was there for all three days with a stand, a talk and a new colleague: Proptonobot, a humanoid robot with its own name badge.

Meet your new teammate

That was the headline on our stand, and it is the idea behind the product: an AI teammate that answers your guests, books the cleaner or handyman and follows every job through to done.

On the counter we showed Reshoot Studio. A manager or owner shoots a unit on a phone, Reshoot Studio turns it into listing photos, and the Guesty listing is created in minutes. A new unit can go live in a day.

On stage at Builder Ignite

On 17 September Njål Eliasson spoke in the Builder Ignite sessions about how one person can take a portfolio from zero to 150 units in less than three months. He covered how we did it, how our AI now talks more with our owners than we do, and why we let owners edit their own listing photos with AI, turning the worst possible photo into a dream apartment. Proptonobot joined him on stage.

The robot did the rounds

For three days Proptonobot walked the venue, posed for photos with attendees, visited the other stands and even turned up on the big screen during a Guesty keynote.

Thank you, Madrid

Thank you to Guesty for a great event, and to everyone who stopped by the stand. Next up is VRMA International in Nashville (booth 649, 4 to 6 October) and the Vacation Rental World Summit in Lyon (booth 17, 8 to 9 October).

If we did not get to talk in Madrid, send us a message and we will show you what an AI teammate takes off your desk.

Give your operations team the night off.

Tell us where to reply. We come back with the same thirty-day figures for your portfolio, and a thirty-minute walk through the desk if you want one.

Pick a time that suits you. We only show times we are free for. Sending without one is fine too.
