Proptonomy is now on iPhone and Android
The Proptonomy phone app is here. Staff can call, chat and manage day-to-day tasks from their phones, wherever the work takes them.

Today we are announcing the Proptonomy phone app, available on the App Store for iPhone and Google Play for Android. Staff can call, chat and handle their day-to-day tasks in Proptonomy, directly from their phones.
Call and chat while you work
Make and receive calls in the app, keep up with conversations and coordinate with your team while you are out at a property. The conversation stays close to the work, so staff can ask a question or share an update without waiting to get back to a desk.
Take a task from start to finish
The app gives staff the information and tools they need to get a job done:
- See assigned tasks and what needs doing today.
- Open the property's address, access instructions and job details.
- Start work, follow checklists and add photos from the phone's camera.
- Share comments, report an issue and mark the task complete.
From a cleaning job to a maintenance visit, staff can keep the team updated as the work happens. Push notifications help them stay on top of assignments and comments.
