On stage at GuestyVal Mexico: 10 AI tactics powering short-term rental profits
Heimby and Enso Connect shared the stage at GuestyVal Mexico on how AI actually runs guest communication and pricing in a live Norwegian portfolio.
Heimby, the Bergen operator Proptonomy grew out of, presented alongside Enso Connect at GuestyVal Mexico, in a session titled "Machine Earning: 10 AI Tactics Powering STR Profits".
The talk was drawn from a live portfolio rather than a demo: how AI handles guest communication and pricing across real Norwegian rentals. The argument was that the two things which move guest reviews most are cleaning and guest communication, and that reviews in turn drive placement and nightly rate on Airbnb and Booking.com.
